FretMind is a web-based music training application that helps guitarists memorize notes on the fretboard through timed exercises and a global leaderboard. The service is free and funded by non-intrusive advertising.

Using FretMind constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
FretMind is freely accessible to any user with internet access and a compatible browser. Creating an account is optional but required to access the leaderboard and score history.
Minimum age: Use of FretMind is restricted to users aged 15 or older. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

All elements of FretMind — source code, design, editorial content, and educational data — are the exclusive property of Manuel Chamorro unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
FretMind is funded by non-intrusive advertising integrated in a way that does not disrupt the learning experience. No personally identifying data is shared with advertisers without explicit consent, in accordance with the privacy policy.
FretMind is provided "as is" with no guarantee of continuous availability. The publisher reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, modify its features, or discontinue it without notice or obligation to compensate.
The publisher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service, temporary unavailability, or loss of progress data.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Registered users will be notified by appropriate means. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution before resorting to legal action. Failing that, the competent court shall be that of the publisher's place of residence.
